50 Wrestling Twitter Accounts To Follow

The staff has compiled their favorite follows.

We wouldn’t have lasted for over a year if not for Wrestling Twitter.

It’s the easiest way to connect with readers and other fans, developing relationships with fellow suplex lovers from around the world. Sure, it can be annoying sometimes and chip away at your enjoyment of the squared circle, but there are assholes in all walks of life. The amount of good folks tweeting about WWE, Impact Wrestling, Ring of Honor, MLW, New Japan and the indies far outweighs any negative conjecture.

Of course, everybody has their favorite follows. So The Wrestling Estate staff has decided to compile a list of our favorites, which we encourage you to check out and follow for the ultimate Wrestling Twitter experience.

@Maffewgregg

Mr. Botchamania himself. His videos are legendary within the IWC. He just loves the business of pro wrestling. His fan opinions are always interesting and at times controversial. He’s just someone who I’d like to meet one day and have a pint with. – Calvin Gibbon (also recommended by Jack Goodwillie, Juan Bautista, Steven Jackson and David Gibb)

@ObserverQuotes

This one is a dark horse. It’s quotes from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter in the 90’s with the benefit of hindsight. Some tweets are totally out of context funny, others will relate to the current landscape of the business, but either way, you’re getting humor or knowledge in every tweet. – Goodwillie (also recommended by David Gibb)

@NINaylor

Rob Naylor was Dusty Rhodes’ right-hand man in the developmental system and shares memories from his time working for WWE. He also fuels discussion about various old-school wrestlers or angles, with .GIFs and clips a plenty. – John Corrigan

@Khristen

Khristen tweets about a wide variety of topics, but he has a heavy focus on wrestling and makes a lot of funny observations. He also created an awesome Infinity War/WWE mashup. – Chad Gelfand

@WWERDream

This woman is a true fan and she’s always great for posting vintage videos, whether they be match highlights or putting up a lot of classic Eddie Guerrero content. Great for .GIFs, too, with funny comments attached. – Neal Wagner

@voiceswrestling

Packed full of puroresu/USA wrestling news, reviews, previews and articles. A great source. – Steven Jackson

@DrHugeShow

The Howard Stern of wrestling Twitter. – Corrigan

@ADCsOfWrestling

The ADCs of Wrestling: skits, song parodies and a great podcast from “The Weird Al of Wrestling!”– Jenna Leigh

@CMPunk

Coach, as he calls himself, always has interesting things to say about NHL, TV shows and comics that he cares about. He never touches on the topic of wrestling, but maybe that will change. It’s also the easiest way to find out what CM Punk is up to. – Gibbon

@RassslinRantin

One of the most respectful and knowledgeable wrestling fan pages I’ve ever seen. – Devonte Grant

@DaveMeltzer

We may not be a Dave Meltzer knock off, but Dave is still easily a top-5 follow if you’re a pro wrestling fan. He is probably the greatest historian in the history of the business and you can always learn a thing or two watching him interact with people. – Goodwillie

@MrLARIATO

All corners of the globe and no stone unturned for all your current and historic wrestling .GIFs. – Jackson

@mitchellpwtorch

@Cultaholic

They have news updates, live reactions and a good way to keep up. – Juan Bautista

@SexyChuckieT

Chuck Taylor has been one of the funniest wrestlers for over a decade now, and that carries over to his Twitter account. Taylor’s self-deprecating humor and his willingness to poke fun at almost everything in the wrestling world make him a fun follow. Plus, the Kentucky Gentleman has seemingly embraced Philly sports teams since moving to Philadelphia a couple years ago, which gives him a boost in my book. Trust the Process! – Gelfand

@gerweck

When I first got the internet, Gerweck.Net was my original source for all backstage news, gossip and updates. Steve is a cool guy and deserves a lot more attention than he gets. – Jackson

@Lola_Bradbury

Calls out horny and sexist dudes for mansplaining pro wrestling. Also, one of the few live Tweeters of Impact…we gotta stick together! – Corrigan

@lastrealmanROH

Silas Young, former two-time ROH TV Champ, is a different character than his television side. You see the family man in Silas, who has been dabbling in the promoting game in Wisconsin. – Wagner

@TheHibikiTMD

This one is personal bias! He’s my best friend and podcasting partner. Between Twitter and YouTube, he creates outstanding wrestling content regularly. – Leigh

@Solomonster

Jason Solomon is a lifelong wrestling fan with his own podcast, “The Solomonster Sounds Off.” If pro wrestling had political parties, he’d be considered moderate. He’s always got a very sobering outlook on what we see on TV, but is not afraid to criticize where it’s warranted and has a great sense of humor. – Goodwillie

@BlackWrestlingA

This page shines the spotlight on black wrestlers in a very positive and informative way. I always find myself learning something new from that page. – Grant

@WrestRoundtable

Eric Santamaria and company’s Twitter account linked to their show that finished in 2013. Great fun discussions and Eric deserves more recognition for his work on social media. – Jackson

@DaveLeeWrestle

Another good friend who creates excellent content. This is the Twitter account of Dave Knows Wrestling, one of the best, most underrated YouTube accounts. – Leigh

@RealLifeKaz

Kazeem Famuyide has had fun tweets about wrestling for years, a former editor at Source Magazine and Bleacher Report, as well as being the former host of the Wrasslerap podcast. Famuyide is tweeting a little less about WWE these days because he recently joined their writing staff. He is still an entertaining follow though as you can now follow the life of a current WWE writer. – Gelfand

@OSWreview

Genre-defining video podcasts. – Gibb

@JRsBBQ

Jim Ross, also known as the greatest commentator of all time, is still deeply in love with the sport and entertainment that is professional wrestling. I find his wrestling insight on twitter to be spot on. Plus you can learn all about his one man shows that he does all across the country. I went to one during WrestleMania 31 and it’s a knee-slapping good time. – Gibbon

@OldWrestlingPic

Ron Matejko opens his treasure trove of rare and classic pictures of old-school wrestlers, posting them when they relate to current events. – Corrigan

@SantanaGarrett_

“Lady Warrior” on the independents is beautiful and always good for a daily inspirational quote. – Wagner

@TornQuadPodCast

Great folks, great podcast!! – Leigh

@bigsexy_tote

This is Paul Green’s account. I’m more trolling than anything, but he has a real pro wrestling mindset to the way he deals with people who challenge him and is just highly entertaining. Also good to have his account so people can badger him about the current product. – Goodwillie

@DanielleMoinet

While she may not be wrestling anymore, she is taking her career in modeling forward and she looks hot doing it. #DAMNSHEHOT – Wagner

@KeepItFiveStar

Kyle Lewis is a wrestling fan and stand-up comedian, so what do you get when you combine those two things? An entertaining Twitter feed. – Gelfand

@AliciaAtout

Her AMBY interviews are entertaining and she retweets her fans often, but make no mistake: Alicia is a must-follow if you’re a red-blooded American (or Canadian) male. – Corrigan

@IanRiccaboni

Lead announcer for ROH is always a plus for me, considering his banter on social society and how he will do shout outs, retweets and likes during an actual LIVE broadcast. – Wagner

@AEraSigns

I recently found this Twitter account and it is a hilarious look at the many different signs that have appeared at pro-wrestling events. Silly and fun stuff. – Jackson

@SethHanson1982

Wrestling the Way You Remember It! Constant archival footage of classic wrestling featuring news clippings, photos and videos. – Leigh

@WWECreative_ish

Am I even allowed to talk about this one? The mystery man or woman or collective behind this twitter handle does livetweets for all WWE shows. And let me tell you they are hilarious! Posing as WWE creative (the mortal enemy of the IWC) it plots down all their opinions and often times skewers the people behind the curtain who make the real decisions. It’s incredible. – Gibbon

@WOSWrestling

It’s back in the UK and the roster is stacked. With availability in US not quite figured out, it’s a great a way to keep up with the relaunch of World of Sport. – Bautista

@WhatCultureWWE

Simon Miller, that is all. – Grant

@LanceStorm

Storm is one of my favorite wrestlers to follow on Twitter. He is very informative and gives fans insight into why certain things happen in the ring. Despite his “serious for a moment” gimmick, he is also entertaining with a witty, dry sense of humor. – Gelfand

@WFManiac

A wrestling fanatic and figure collector for 30+ years! – Leigh

A group that I participate in. The owner of the account live tweets during the major shows and is good for comedic relief during some of boring stuff. – Wagner

@TheBradShepard

I don’t agree with all of his takes, but the man who broke the XFL comeback story is quite entertaining and offers a much different perspective from the usual Kenny Omega circle jerk. – Corrigan
